Return Policy for Hooly Service

1. Eligibility for Returns

Hooly service offers a 5-day return policy for its paid plans. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The return request is made within 5 days from the date of purchase.
  • The Client is eligible for a refund only if their usage of the Service does not exceed 15% of the total number of requests allocated in their chosen plan.

2. Return Procedure

To initiate a return, the Client must contact our support team at [email protected]. The support team will review the request and verify if it meets the eligibility criteria for a return.

If the return request is approved, the Client will be provided with instructions on how to proceed with the return.

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase, or by an alternative method mutually agreed upon by the Client and the Service Provider.

3. Non-Refundable Items

Some items are non-refundable, including:

  • Customized tariffs agreed upon individually.
  • Usage exceeding the allocated number of requests for the chosen tariff.
  • Any items or circumstances that contradict the refund terms specified in Section 1 of this document.

**Note:** This Return Policy is governed by the legislation of the Republic of Armenia and aims to protect the rights of the individual entrepreneur.
